Sliding Scale Fee Structure
PropConnect uses a continuous sliding scale with three hurdles. The effective rate smoothly declines as your transaction size increases, rewarding larger deals.
How it works: The rate starts at 1.75% for prices up to $1M, then gradually decreases through two declining slopes until reaching 0.5% at $8M+.
